As everyone knows Lake Erie is
the walleye capital of the world. As you can see from the above pictures it is
still alive and well. Our goal is to give you the memories of a life time with a
day of fishing aboard The Karen Marie. A 30 ft. long 12 ½ ft. wide Island
Hopper. One of the most comfortable, well equipped boats on Lake Erie. We
feature all premium electronics, free use of our tackle, St. Croix rods, and a
very clean and well kept boat. From the minute you step aboard you will know you
picked the right boat for the day. The captain and crew are very polite and
professional at their business. We will help you figure out what it takes to
make the fish bite on the lure you are using on that day. We start the season in
April and continue all the way to November. We start out with jig fishing and
end up going to casting or trolling, the choice is yours. We have entertained
families, friends, or business trips. We start our year fishing out of the
Western Basin of Lake Erie, by the Michigan, Ohio waters. In mid-July this year
we will be moving to stay on top of the best fishing, to the Marblehead, and the
Lake Erie island area. This will enable us to fish Canadian trips for walleye,
perch, and small mouth bass. Also, fish the United States waters around the
island and the deeper water is where the walleyes will be. We can set you up
with lodging at either location. We can also arrange for executive charters.
This includes lunch, beverages and, fish cleaning. Also a standard 8 hour trip,
for an additional fee.
